Senior Technical Architect - Personalization

We're seeking a seasoned technical architect with expertise in personalization systems and machine learning to lead our company's strategic efforts in this space.

This role requires a deep understanding of complex technical challenges, state-of-the-art ML techniques, and the ability to drive innovation from concept to production.

  1. Design and implement scalable personalization architectures that meet business objectives.
  2. Research and integrate emerging ML methods to enhance system performance and accuracy.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record of driving innovation, expertise in multiple approaches (deep learning, bandits, causal ML, graph methods), and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with real-time ML systems and edge deployment.
