Key Responsibilities:- Develop targeted business strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Maintain effective price risk management and align prices with market trends.
- Lead teams according to best practices and industry standards.
- Monitor business evolution through KPIs like volume, GMVC, Sell In, Sell Out, product, stock, and sales forecasts.
- Provide technical and commercial support to Sales, resolving product and application queries.
- Create and implement pricing strategies for business development.
- Utilize data analytics tools for sales activities, including field visits and business reviews.
We are seeking a results-driven professional with:
- A degree in engineering or chemistry.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in direct industrial B2B sales.
- Strong reactivity, availability, mobility, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory; Spanish and French are advantageous.
