Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Total Rewards Team to develop and implement compensation elements that drive business results.
- Assist in maintaining, operating, and evolving our Total Rewards Philosophy to support the growth of our organization.
- Work on new and existing global projects, including implementations or renewals, quarterly initiatives, and other strategic programs.
- Analyze data to inform decisions for our Global Total Rewards programs and policies.

Your Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Total Rewards in a global capacity is required.
- Previous experience working with compensation data and analysis thereof is essential.
- Proven knowledge and experience in compensation analysis, with strong analytical skills and reporting abilities are necessary.
- Understanding of global benefits and compensation trends is crucial.
