Overview:
The Flow Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient flow of hydrocarbons through our production systems. This includes monitoring flowlines, risers, and other critical infrastructure to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor flowlines, risers, and other critical infrastructure to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist sites with daily operations by providing guidelines and revising operating procedures to ensure they are optimized.
- Recommend solutions and define flow assurance requirements for medium to long-term production optimization.
- Ensure flow assurance inputs for studies are updated in accordance with the latest documentation.
- Define studies' methodology to answer flow assurance-related questions in an optimized way.
- Guarantee the technical expertise of flow assurance studies, respecting deadlines.
- Liaise with flow assurance specialists in Total HQ for specialties related studies.
- Make sure that flow assurance documentation issued in the affiliate is in accordance with Company Rules and International Standards.
- Contribute to project-related studies by providing necessary inputs for studies and supporting operations-related decisions.
- Provide feedback to HQ and other affiliates (issuing TREX) in relevant topics related to flow assurance.
- Support treatment engineers on the update of production chemistry documentation and follow-up of studies done by HQ.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of flow assurance principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
