Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Associate Vendor Manager to join its Retail Vendor Recruitment (RVR) organization. As a key member of the retail team, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new vendors to enhance the product portfolio of Amazon's stores in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new vendors to partner with Amazon, analyzing their potential for growth and success.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new vendors, including integrating their catalogue data into Amazon's store and training them on internal tools.
  • Develop deep knowledge of vendor needs and success drivers, serving as an ambassador for Amazon and providing business consulting services to new partners.
  • Conduct analyses to understand the performance of recruited vendors and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to develop and improve recruiting and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in account management, project or program management, or buying.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other business analytic tools.
  • Experience with software and editing tools, including HTML, Excel, and SQL.
  • Experience in online retail and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML.
