Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management

The position is responsible for overseeing accounts receivable in Brazil, managing customer credit limits requirements, payment overdue, and additional terms impacts granted.

  1. Checks blocked order sales and decides whether to release or not, delegating authority roles while providing general account receivable information to high-level positions for release.
  2. Analyzes new customer financial statements and obtains additional information from third parties to approve credit limit requirements by the Accounting Manager and/or Finance Director.
  3. Supports Customer Financial Service tasks such as collections and overdue management.
  4. Interacts with Sales Team to discuss customer situations such as overdue payments and credit limits exceeded.
  5. Provides managerial analysis regarding accounts receivable to the Manager, Finance Director, and Sales team.
  6. Manages additional terms requirements within budget constraints.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Experience in Credit & Collections or other finance activities.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Participation or leadership experience in projects (desirable).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools (advanced Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, PowerPoint, etc.), data analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and SAP.
  • Intermediate/advanced level of English proficiency.
