- Implement process improvements in financial processes, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive management reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Enhance data analysis to inform regional financial strategies and drive business growth.
- Foster collaboration with global partners to deliver successful financial projects.
- Work with teams to develop regional scenarios, aligning financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Provide training and support to local teams to ensure their success.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Controllership/FP&A.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
