About the Role

At Visasoft Ltd, we're seeking an exceptional Luxury Market Strategist to join our team. This hybrid position offers a unique blend of remote and office work, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Job Summary

The Luxury Market Strategist will lead and manage our affluent strategy across key products, product development, enablement, consumer credit portfolio, and benefits P&L management in the Brazil market. This role requires embracing end-to-end ownership of Visa's credit affluent portfolio, identifying market opportunities and requirements, contributing to the development and execution of Visa's products growth in Brazil, as well as management of Visa's affluent strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Identify opportunities, prospect potential new partners, analyze opportunities, and understand affluent market gaps.
  • Product Adaptation: Conduct product adaptations to local needs, defining end-to-end solutions.
  • Pricing and Risk Assessment: Perform pricing analysis and product risk assessment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with regulators when approval of new products and services is required to operate in a complex environment.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with Sales teams and issuers directly to identify best acquisition strategies and sales channels for affluent product adoption.
  • Best Practices: Identify and develop best practices to be shared with clients and other Visa offices.
  • Product Implementation: Lead product implementations within clients and partners.
  • Product Management: Develop and continuously enhance affluent products to meet client needs, ensuring high service levels, digitalization, and value-added strategies that cater to today's global consumers and businesses.
  • Trend Identification: Identify emerging segments and trends focused on electronification of payments.
  • Consumer Credit Portfolio Management: Own consumer credit portfolio management.
  • Affluent Product Strategy: Maintain affluent product strategy, product revenue, benefits P&L, market adoption, and tactical plans for each key issuer, aiming for best-in-class performance.
  • Reporting: Own product MIS reports to senior management.
Requirements
  • Cross-Functional Relationships: Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with all Visa teams.
  • Payments Industry Experience: Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry, track record of transformation/change agent.
  • Ultra High-Net Worth Experience: Experience in ultra high-net worth, high value, and mass affluent segment, mainly in value propositions and execution of services and experiences for the segment. Deep knowledge of these segment needs, preferences, types of communication.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong level of orientation to detail.
  • Education: Bachelor Degree.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English and (Spanish desired).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business trade-offs, generate out-of-the-box solutions, manage uncertainty.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and in-person communication skills, including ability to develop business requirements, stakeholder documents, and other key communications.
  • Digital Services Development: Experience in digital services/products development, implementation, and management.
  • Project Management: Ability to structure and manage complex cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders. Ability to prioritize deliverables and projects to meet OKRs and timelines efficiently, utilize agile methodology by quickly delivering value, adapt to changes in priorities, and structure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
