About This Role

We are seeking an experienced clinical research professional to join our growing team in Brazil. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a vital role in the development of new pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct on-site visits at research sites, ensuring compliance with approved protocols and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for verifying the qualifications and resources of investigator sites, as well as documenting adverse events and concomitant medications.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a strong background in healthcare or a related field, with 2-5 years of experience in clinical monitoring preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site visits at research sites to ensure compliance with approved protocols and regulatory requirements
  • Verify the qualifications and resources of investigator sites
  • Document adverse events and concomitant medications
  • Assess the clinical research site's patient recruitment and retention success and offer suggestions for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a health or science-related field is required
  • 2-5 years of experience in clinical monitoring preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
