Drive global revenue growth through strategic portfolio management and partnerships with operations teams. Develop and implement key revenue initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and assessment of revenue-related strategies for a designated region, incorporating pricing, demand analysis, yield management, market segmentation, business mix optimization, and selling strategies in line with industry best practices.
  • Support regional leadership by providing revenue management expertise to maximize revenue and profit streams.
  • Collaborate with Company Managed Hotels (CMH) to drive performance metrics.
  • Design and execute programs to enhance revenue management services penetration and deliver competitive advantage.

The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing performance and business trends, evaluating processes, budgeting, training field-level staff, and deploying Company resources to achieve strategic objectives.

Accountabilities:

  • Foster communication and training of key Americas revenue management projects and initiatives to the hotel community through HPS area teams and other key operations partners.
  • Provide feedback to global revenue management as the voice of the hotel community to ensure successful adoption of initiatives.
  • Implement brand and regional pricing strategies, yield strategies, selling strategies, and revenue management best practices.
  • Investigate and communicate new ways to capture optimal revenue potentials.
  • Direct Revenue Management leadership to ensure hotel needs and revenue-generating improvements are incorporated into system enhancements or best practices.
  • Develop and manage implementation of revenue management systems and best practices for applicable brands and regions.
  • Maximize revenue through full utilization of the Company's systems and best practices, according to Brand Leadership/Revenue Management specifications.
  • Analyze and review revenue management strategies and tactics for the brand and region, focusing on key markets and management companies to further develop strategies for increasing revenues leading to increased profits.
  • Support regional marketing programs and product implementation as needed.
  • Coach and develop HPS team members (AM/AD) and Revenue Management Services RRM team.
  • Advise area managers/directors, Revenue Management Services team, and properties to help meet established goals.
  • Guide direct reports in problem identification and resolution, accompanying them on hotel visits when necessary.
  • Develop innovative revenue performance strategies to assist Franchise Performance Support teams in assigned markets.
  • Guide team in implementing and communicating strategic plans and company initiatives at hotel locations.
  • Champion the WHSD operating model and drive revenue performance, delivering Winning Metrics results while assessing competitive data, brainstorming new ideas, and developing consulting tools.
