Job Summary

Trimble Advanced Positioning specializes in delivering precise positioning solutions tailored for diverse industries and applications. This pivotal role focuses on promoting the Trimble brand while expanding and maintaining our customer base throughout Central and Latin America, which is recognized as our most rapidly growing market. The selected candidate will take on a comprehensive marketing role, overseeing the entire marketing funnel from brand awareness and customer engagement to channel enablement, demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer loyalty. A strong grasp of marketing principles, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive, creative approach to problem-solving and program execution are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with regional sales, channel, and marketing teams to develop and implement a marketing communication strategy for the LATAM region, acting as the regional liaison for the broader marketing team.
  • Partner with regional management to identify and cultivate marketing opportunities that align with business objectives.
  • Serve as the marketing lead for regional trade shows and events, coordinating with the Shared Services events team as necessary. Manage logistics, design and build branded spaces, create supporting marketing materials, generate leads, and handle on-site media relations.
  • Work alongside strategic and product marketing teams to design and produce marketing collateral, ensuring localization for target markets.
  • Develop and support internal, channel, customer, and prospect communications in various formats for the region, collaborating with the Shared Services communications team.
  • Facilitate demand generation initiatives for the region, leveraging marketing automation tools to guide customers through the demand generation funnel.
  • Collaborate with the Field Systems channel management team to support the regional dealer network across multiple sectors, including agriculture, geospatial, and construction.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success and ROI of marketing programs in the region.
  • Cultivate and manage regional media relations, ensuring effective communication in the local language, in collaboration with the Shared Services PR team.

Skills & Experience Desired:

  • Extensive marketing experience, preferably within a technology company in a generalist marketing role.
  • Strong regional marketing experience, supporting activities that align with corporate strategy and brand implementation at a local level.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the LATAM region as required.
