Job Description:

As a senior technical professional, you will play a key role in helping businesses achieve their digital transformation goals. You will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using the Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining digital assistants using ODA. They will also have expertise in integrating systems via REST APIs, backend and webhook development, and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have knowledge of OAuth2 and JWT authentication, as well as familiarity with JSON and YAML. Familiarity with conversational UX and dialogue design is desirable but not required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA)
  • Integration with systems via REST APIs
  • Backend and webhook development
  • Consumption of REST and SOAP APIs
  • Knowledge of OAuth2 and JWT authentication
  • Familiarity with JSON and YAML
