Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to support the development and implementation of our IT governance program.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in policy development, compliance assessment, testing, documentation, gap identification, and regulatory compliance reporting.

They will work closely with department staff and business process owners to create documented procedures and standards that ensure adherence to policy guidance.

A key responsibility will be to maintain metrics using tools, internal controls, and a testing cycle to measure adherence to global IT policies and procedures.

The analyst will identify areas for improvement and record progress towards overall compliance.

An additional responsibility is providing governance, supervision, and guidance for automation of robotic processes (RPA) and development of low-code/no-code solutions.

The selected candidate will also guide non-technical teams on RPA and low-code development.
