Job Title: IT Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional IT services to our global operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the IT delivery capability within the hub area of responsibility.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a senior leader in IT service delivery. As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a multi-national team of lower-level managers or IT Specialists, providing appropriate and efficient IT solutions/services to a defined geographic area/region.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead a cross-functional team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality IT services and solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain IT operating models, oversee service and project delivery, and ensure the business voice is integral to the IT operating model.
  • Develop and manage organizational entities for delivering IT services, solutions, and activities in the Hub region.
  • Ensure end-to-end IT service delivery, including onsite services and IT/OT Cybersecurity operational management at the sites.
  • Prioritize tasks and responsibilities to manage regional and local requirements and escalations seamlessly.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
  • Experience in IT delivery management roles across regional geographies.
  • Proven project management skills with experience in managing complex global projects, including IT system integration.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations methods, processes, and change management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English in a global multicultural environment.
