Job Title: Assistant Accountant, Financial Reporting

The Assistant Accountant, Financial Reporting will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial reports and ensuring the integrity of financial statements. This role will involve identifying and addressing accounting issues, as well as ensuring that assets, liabilities, and earnings are properly documented and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and address accounting issues and discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Provide financial data and analysis to support business decisions
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Requirements:
  • Computer technical literacy (Advance - Excel)
  • Knowledge of USGAAP and SOX a plus
  • Overall understanding of Financial Reporting
  • Language: Fluent in English, Spanish & Portuguese a plus
  • Travel: approximately 15% of the time (Mainly Conference and Training)
  • BA Accounting / Business / Economics
  • 5-7 years' relevant experience
  • Managing multiples priorities

  • Organized and personal discipline
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • High integrity and ethics
