Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing new Structured Finance transactions to assign ratings, reviewing ratings of existing transactions, and analyzing transaction documents to understand transaction structure and legal, operational, and counterparty risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.">
  • Proven and highly developed analytical and financial modeling skills are essential.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English are necessary.">
  • Knowledge of Python programming and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is a plus.">
