Senior Data Platform Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this key role, working on an innovative project in the healthcare industry that utilizes advanced data analytics and machine learning to enhance patient outcomes.

In this position, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure and tools necessary to support our data analytics and machine learning pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient data pipelines using various technologies such as cloud platforms, Linux, and Terraform.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Infrastructure Automation: Develop and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines for data analytics and machine learning pipelines using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Monitor and troubleshoot issues with data pipelines and infrastructure, continuously evaluating and improving them to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, including experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Linux, and infrastructure automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and machine learning concepts and how they can be applied to real-world problems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
