Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering top talent for our clients while providing exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Find and Engage Top Talent
    • Conduct thorough job scope conversations with hiring managers to determine position specifications
    • Review and manage applicant flow through our applicant tracking system
    • Develop and deploy effective recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top candidates
    • Source candidates through various channels, including resume databases, networking sites, and social media
    • Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities
  • Assess and Evaluate Candidates
    • Conduct professional phone interviews with candidates, using industry-specific probing questions
    • Navigate difficult conversations to gather relevant information
    • Compare candidate qualifications with job requirements to determine fit
    • Apply consideration for factors relative to candidate fit to team and cultural fit
  • Influence the Hire
    • Keep candidates engaged throughout the process
    • Build a strong talent pipeline to ensure multiple candidates are in play at all times
    • Communicate market changes that may impact the hiring process or talent community
    • Articulate job offers and drive for candidate acceptance
  • Service Excellence
    • Adhere to all regulations and compliance standards
    • Demonstrate expertise in segment, practice, and industry
    • Deliver a strong candidate slate for each requisition
    • Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum of five or more years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting
    • Experience recruiting within the consumer goods sector
  • Language Requirements
    • Portuguese, English, and Spanish proficiency
