- This is a senior leadership role within the Human Resources and Learning & Development function, responsible for planning and implementing HR programs and projects to align with global HR initiatives and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and direct comprehensive HR plans that support business unit strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and drive business results.
- Provide expert guidance on labor laws, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry best practices.
- Manage labor relations matters, including union negotiations and conflict resolution.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a similar Leadership role in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Expert knowledge of Human Resources laws, policies/procedures, and union relations, with a focus on Brazilian labor law.
- Strong negotiation, delegation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
- Fluent English and Portuguese language skills.
