**Customer Support Expert**
Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our support team in LATAM. As the first line of support for customers, you'll be responsible for resolving remote and service issues.
As a key member of our support team, you'll work closely with our research and development function to escalate complex issues and provide exceptional support to our customers.
You will be the interface between customers and customer support, performing Customer Satisfaction survey follow-ups and ensuring that all interactions are positive and efficient.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese, Spanish fluency considered a plus;
- Demonstrable knowledge of information and communications technology (ICT), and customer communication management, and experience working in a 1st level technical support role in an international software company;
- Excellent problem-solving techniques combined with strong interpersonal skills to deliver top-notch customer care.
