As an Incident Analyst, you will be responsible for managing technical incidents to a successful resolution.

About the Role

You will work with our team to identify, adopt, and integrate security monitoring. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to process a high volume of technical data.

Responsibilities:
  • Responding to service incidents, identifying causes, and initiating the incident management process.
  • Producing documents outlining incident protocols for various scenarios, including cybersecurity threats and server failures.
  • Collaborating with the incident management team to ensure adherence to protocols.
  • Logging all incidents and their resolutions to identify recurring issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT service management and experience with IT systems and software such as Jira and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of IT service management software, including ITIL and COBIT.
  • Problem-solving skills, time management skills, and ability to process a high volume of technical data.
  • Project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
