Pharmaceutical Territory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Territory Manager to join our team at Lonza. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to drive growth and development in the pharmaceutical industry.
As a Pharmaceutical Territory Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating sales efforts for Lonza's Hard Empty Capsules business in North America. You will lead current customers and actively seek new prospects, working closely with customer service, technical services, quality, and business development to meet customer demands and achieve annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit prospects/customers to understand their needs and partner with operations management to fulfill those needs
- Introduce all aspects of CHI product and dosage forms solutions to potential customers through prospect Procurement, R&D and Marketing groups
- Maintain up-to-date Account (Growth) Management Plans
- Establish visit frequencies with customers to accomplish annual growth objectives
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure written meeting reports are kept in a timely and accurate fashion
You will also provide market feedback to colleagues and regional management regarding competitive activities and attend trade shows and conventions to represent CHI, build pipeline of new customers, gain market insights, and discuss solutions offerings.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in business, life sciences, or a technical field, or equivalent experience. They will have significant sales experience, including contacts with Purchasing, Production, R&D, Marketing, and Quality, as well as the ability to multi-task and handle resources to improve territory performance.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
This is a full-time position based in Sao Paolo, Brazil, with occasional travel required. We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits package, and the opportunity to work with a global leader in life sciences.
