- MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE- Vojvodina District**What you would be responsible for**:

- Performing medical calls to doctors and pharmacists at an assigned territory;
- Ensuring optimal territory coverage and frequency by developing journey plans;
- Conducting analysis of own business performance in the territory;
- Strong relationship building with customers by continuously delivering scientific knowledge of value to customers;
- Organizing Doctor Group Meetings and Round Tables in agreement with internal and external stakeholders;
- Supporting organization of customer educational programs;
- Utilizing customer relation management database system on daily basis;
- Participating in team meetings with own territory analysis and proposals for improvement.

**Knowledge, Skills & Professional Experience**:

- University Degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical or Dentistry Science
- Clean Driver’s license, willing to travel
- PC Literacy: Microsoft Office Package active user
- Multi-channel promotion experience is desired
- 1 to 5 years of in-field experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Analytical skills with proactive approach to own field of activities
- Upper intermediate command of English language
