Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Demand and Supply Planning Specialist.

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with expertise in analyzing inventory, managing S&OP processes, and leading cross-functional teams.

As a Demand and Supply Planning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate demand and product availability, negotiating with suppliers, and making strategic decisions based on prioritization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the supply chain process to guarantee accurate demand and product availability
  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure imports meet requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve critical metrics targets
  • Develop and implement plans to control import costs

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with commercial teams, third-party providers, and regulatory agencies
  • Analyzing inventory and ongoing orders of imported products
  • Keeping target inventory levels to avoid Out of Stocks (OOS) and Stock Level Over Bill (SLOBs)

This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP and Excel/Google Sheets, and advanced level English. Experience in Comex, DOMO, and Analytics tools is also preferred.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Planning (Supply Planning and/or Production Planning and/or Demand Planning and/or Inventory Planning)
