Responsabilidades:
  • Atuar como canal entre clientes e nós, facilitando a boa comunicação e gestão adequadas para a realização de todas as atividades previstas nos projetos;
  • Realizar reuniões periódicas com clientes para entender cenários e levantar informações;
  • Atuar na construção de soluções de consultoria e educação corporativa junto com o cliente, sugerindo mudanças, adequações e implementações que atendam às suas necessidades;
  • Ter capacidade de se relacionar com diversos interlocutores dentro dos clientes - Construir e manter ótimos relacionamentos com os clientes atuais;
  • Atuar como um recurso de conhecimento para questões, preocupações e ideias internas no cliente em torno de soluções de educação/negócio dentro de cada departamento;
  • Fornecer insights e ser porta-voz do cliente junto aos times internos, incluindo vendas, marketing, produto, suporte técnico, Operações;
  • Ser capaz de estruturar e coordenar a execução das ações de educação corporativa contratadas, garantindo o sucesso da implementação e mensuração de resultados.
Requisitos:
  • Formação Superior completo;
  • Pacote Office avançado.
