Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Oversight Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Procurement Oversight team, you will play a critical role in driving desired behavior across procurement processes, evaluating and controlling risks, and creating effective monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Procurement risk management team in conducting internal compliance reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Report, monitor, and support corrective action plans to mitigate risks and improve process efficiency.
  • Conduct regular process efficiency reviews and implement process automation to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Review Procurement processes to identify risks and potential issues, and implement mitigating controls to minimize exposure.
  • Suggest additional controls or changes to existing controls to improve process effectiveness.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Finance.
  • Previous experience in Procurement, Payables, Supply Chain, Controls, or related areas.
  • Strong data analytical skills, including the ability to identify potential issues and propose corrective actions.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Working knowledge of standard office-productivity tools, such as Excel data manipulation functions, and experience with SharePoint, Tableau, and Power BI.
