Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our operational processes are implemented and maintained according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Develop and recommend SOPs for implementation within the quality area.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of inspectors to ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to operational processes.
  • Audit operational processes to guarantee adherence to ANVISA standards and company requirements.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring operational processes are followed and implemented, including incoming inspection, conference of deviated orders, internal audits, overlabeling, GMP, and other procedures.
  2. Classifying, submitting, and receiving deviations from suppliers and internal sources.
  3. Taking technical responsibility for attending ANVISA audits and requirements.
