Clinical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize clinical expertise to identify high-cost claimants and develop targeted interventions to enhance outcomes and reduce costs.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to drive better health outcomes and financial performance.
  • Conduct workplace assessments to evaluate the culture, health climate, facilities, and policies affecting employee wellbeing.
  • Establish and monitor key wellness program metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure effectiveness.
  • Support on-site and near-site clinic programs with project management expertise.
  • Prepare monthly clinical reports on high-cost claimants and collaborate with carrier case management to ensure appropriate care.
  • Apply data analytics tools to identify opportunities for timely intervention and cost reduction in member care.
Requirements:
  • A clinical professional with relevant certification(s) is preferred.
  • Must be innovative, client-focused, and committed to making a measurable impact on employee wellbeing.
  • Requires two to three years' experience leading corporate wellness programs and addressing employee health needs and risks.
