We are seeking an Engineering Assistant to join our team in Brazil. As a Technical Documentation Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting engineering processes by managing technical documents, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with global systems and teams.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and consult Bills of Materials (BOM) using ERP software
  • Access and review technical drawings through the document system
  • Analyze and ensure engineering documentation is aligned with project specifications and company standards
  • Support detailing of structural bases, protection elements, and accessory components for pumping systems
  • Use AutoCAD to edit and validate drawings (under supervisor guidance)
  • Assist in the development of instrumentation and electrical designs
  • Respond to and help resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, suppliers, and quality teams to support product lifecycle activities
Requirements:
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Inventor, ERP software, and technical documentation systems is a plus
  • Comfortable working with international teams and technical standards
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset
