We are seeking a skilled, strategic thinker to join our organization as a Business Development and Operations Intern. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of business initiatives, focused on driving user engagement and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage operational campaigns to drive business growth and user engagement;
- Conduct thorough data analysis to inform campaign decisions and optimize results;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create strategies for business feature development and drive business discussions;
- Manage internal stakeholder requests and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Lead self-directed projects in a fast-paced environment;
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for users and integrate them into our platform.
- Strong soft skills as a team player, collaborative, eager to learn, smart, and organized;
- Excellent organizational and priority definition abilities, strong communication and leadership skills;
- Major related to Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Finance-related, with expected graduation by 2026;
- Desire to work with operations management and business strategy development;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory, with additional languages being a plus.
