Join our team as a Senior Customer Success Operations Analyst, where you will play a key role in driving strategic growth and operational excellence. As a trusted advisor to the Global Customer Success leadership team, you will leverage your analytical expertise to deliver scalable improvements to business processes and analyses.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy and operations roles. They will be comfortable working with large datasets and have technical expertise in SQL/Snowflake, Tableau, and Salesforce. A strong understanding of SaaS business models and go-to-market principles is also essential.
This individual contributor role reports directly to the Manager, Customer Success Operations, and offers a unique opportunity to drive operational rigor, including quota setting, fiscal year launch initiatives, and developing the KPI cadence throughout the year.
