Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. They will work closely with stakeholders to identify market trends, develop campaign strategies, and execute local brand awareness and thought leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement local marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Develop and manage regional campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage local event planning, including logistics, promotion, and post-event analysis.
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in integrated marketing (3+ years).
- Strong analytical skills to track performance and ROI.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Event planning expertise (virtual & in-person), from logistics to post-event analysis.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, such as SalesForce, Qlik Sense, etc.
