Energy Transition Specialist Role

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our commercial team, focusing on driving sales for our energy market subscription and software services. As an Energy Transition Specialist, you will play a key part in client interactions, driving business development, and creating sales opportunities for our regional products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the energy sector. You will work within a collaborative environment with opportunities for progression and innovation, contributing to our growth as a leader in energy market analysis and consultancy.

The role involves generating and processing new business leads, reacting quickly to new opportunities and market changes, selling new services to existing clients, qualifying, developing, and maintaining sales opportunities through company and product knowledge, researching consumer needs, and identifying how our solutions can meet them.

You will schedule onboarding workshops and ensure a smooth handover to the Account Management team. Additionally, you will collaborate with Marketing and account management teams to initiate and drive Business Development campaigns, generate leads, and grow existing relationships with industry leaders from the public and private energy sectors.

  • Develop comprehensive account plans to achieve commercial targets.
  • Log and track campaigns, account plans, and opportunities on CRM systems.
  • Pitch our offerings and make proposals to existing and prospective customers.
