We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our air freight operations in Brazil. This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a leadership role and drive business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our air freight product offering to ensure competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with market demands.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement air freight strategies at country level.
  • Monitor market trends and develop alternatives to enhance services and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, airlines, and other service providers.
  • Drive short and long-range plans, objectives, policies, and procedures to translate overall product strategy and shareholder interests.
  • Develop and implement product solutions for various air freight customer sectors.
  • Lead air freight carrier management, development of product, budget, and achievement of productivity targets.
  • Promote assessment of carrier performance through reports and reviews.
  • Manage the air freight P&L, setting and achieving revenue, margin, cost targets, and Ebit.
  • Analyze financial performance and take corrective actions to address variances.
  • Ensure operational processes are efficient and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on complex issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
