Key Account Manager - Ecommerce Mobile App Sales

As a critical member of the Ecommerce Mobile App Sales team, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the commercial strategy for Samsung’s mobile app channel across Latin America.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with regional marketing teams to develop promotional calendars that drive sales growth through our mobile app platform. Additionally, you will work with various stakeholders to create daily promotional schemes offering exclusive benefits to mobile app customers.

You will also oversee key elements of sales management, including demand planning, inventory/supply chain optimization, and sales forecasting by category. Furthermore, your analytical skills will enable you to monitor sales performance and set action plans to achieve main sales targets and mobile app KPIs.

Effective stakeholder engagement is essential, so you will run regular meetings with internal and external partners to discuss project progress and commercial initiatives in each country. Moreover, your ability to identify best practices and implement them in the region will contribute significantly to the success of the Ecommerce Mobile App Sales team.
