Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client experiences and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications and Training: Proficiency in customer service tools, CRMs, and project management platforms (Go High Level, Slack, ClickUp, or Notion experience preferred).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
