Senior Genesys Cloud Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Senior Genesys Cloud Consultant. This individual will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Genesys solutions for our clients.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Genesys Cloud, as well as a deep understanding of multi-channel contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Consultancy: Provide high-quality consultancy on Genesys solutions to customers and internal business teams.
  • Solution Design: Design and deliver advanced end-to-end technical solutions for Genesys Cloud delivery projects.
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving: Perform in-depth analysis to derive effective solutions to complex technical and business challenges.
  • System Configuration: Modify Genesys system configurations to meet evolving business requirements and operational factors.
  • Technology Deployment: Lead the planning and execution of new contact center technology deployments and system upgrades.
  • Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Genesys systems, including liaison with external vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in maintaining and optimizing large, multi-site, complex contact center environments.
  • Genesys Experience: 3+ years of experience in developing, implementing, and supporting Genesys Cloud solutions.
  • Routing and IVR: Proven track record in developing and managing routing and IVR workflows using the Genesys Architect tool.
  • Infrastructure Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of infrastructure planning, operations, design, deployment, and system lifecycle management.
  • Business Process Understanding: Strong understanding of business processes and their connection to customer experience technology.
  • SIP Infrastructure: Comprehensive understanding of SIP infrastructure, including SIP protocol, Session Border Controllers (SBC), and load balancing solutions.
