IT Services Specialist
– São Paulo, Brazil (in office role)

At Genesys, we're looking for an IT Services Specialist who is passionate about helping people and solving problems. You'll support users across Latin America from our São Paulo office, providing hands-on assistance and tier 2 troubleshooting, while learning from a collaborative and experienced global IT team.

What you'll do:

  • Be the go-to support for our LATAM users and São Paulo office
  • Handle hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  • Provide excellent customer service – remotely and in person
  • Learn and support tools like Zoom, Intune, Jamf, etc.
  • Support mobile devices, desktop environments, and video conferencing setups
  • Contribute to team documentation and improvement projects
  • Deliver new hire onboarding sessions when needed

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent Portuguese, advanced English, and advanced Spanish
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for learning and willingness to grow in IT
  • A proactive mindset – we love people who take initiative
  • Technical knowledge is a plus – but not required. We'll train you if you're ready to learn
