Advanced Genesys Cloud Solutions Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud solutions expert to join our team. As a key member of our technology development team, you will work on innovative projects and collaborate with global clients to enhance their user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, delivering, and implementing advanced technical solutions for Genesys Cloud delivery projects. They will also possess strong analytical skills, combining complex technical and business challenges to derive effective solutions.

  • Design and deliver advanced end-to-end technical solutions for Genesys Cloud delivery projects.
  • Conduct technical workshops, capture technical requirements, and author technical design specifications.
  • Perform in-depth analysis, combining complex technical and business challenges to derive effective solutions.

Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in maintaining and optimizing large, multi-site, complex contact center environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing, implementing, and supporting Genesys Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business needs.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing routing and IVR workflows using the Genesys Architect tool.
