This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician. We are looking for a skilled professional to join our maintenance team at our plant in Gravataí/RS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To perform emergency, corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on machines and equipment;
  • To have a thorough understanding of reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams and system schematics (mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic);
  • To carry out repairs on hydraulic and pneumatic circuits;
  • To perform repairs, adjustments and replacements of mechanical parts and assemblies on robots, elevators and conveyors;
  • To practice the concept of Continuous Improvement, using maintenance indicators to propose improvements on machines, equipment and processes;
  • To operate welding equipment and oxiacetilenic torches;
  • To comply with Brazilian Regulatory Norms;
  • To demonstrate enthusiasm and culture for teamwork;
  • To be proactive in solving problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Techincal Course in Mechatronics, Automation, Electromechanics or Mechanics;
  • Knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Availability to work in different shifts, weekends and holidays when necessary;
  • Availability to work on-site in Gravataí/RS.
Desirable Skills:
  • Basic English - Reading and Writing;
  • Reading and interpretation of Diagrams (mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic);
  • Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
  • Knowledge of Fanuc Robots.
