Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue growth for Blueground.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target key corporate clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, including HR, Procurement, and Travel Managers.
  • Conduct local sales visits to offices in the region to showcase Blueground's corporate housing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in an outbound sales role, preferably in the corporate housing or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate Blueground's value proposition.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Frequent travel to the US may be required, and relocation to the US may be considered for the right candidate.
