We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Human Resources team as an HR Business Partner.
About the RoleThis strategic and hands-on position provides full-cycle Human Resources support to our Operations.
The role is critical in executing people initiatives, delivering exceptional internal customer service, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
Main Responsibilities- Understand business goals and develop recommendations for new approaches, policies, and procedures based on data-driven insights.
- Create a vision and set goals, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve excellence in customer support and core HR processes.
- Closely monitor employee engagement to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously, deliver results in a fast-paced and complex work environment.
- Provide guidance and mentoring at management level, interact with all levels of the organization.
- Become an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
- Develop solutions-focused approach, comfortable working in an environment demanding strong deliverables and identifying problems to drive effective solutions.
- Demonstrate a bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence.
