About the Job
This role presents a unique opportunity to join our team as an HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business results by blending strategic insight with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate trusted partnerships with leaders to manage complex employee matters, provide targeted coaching on performance and talent development, and shape organizational culture.
- Spearhead internal communication and employee engagement initiatives, facilitate leadership development programs, oversee labor and employee relations issues, and analyze critical HR metrics.
- Indirectly manage employee services such as shuttle transportation and food services, develop continuous improvement plans for employee experience, and design and execute Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs.
A Day in the Life:
- Work with a team of HR Assistants to create the best experience for employees.
- Lead the reporting and analysis of HR metrics and goals.
- Participate in daily meetings with the Operations team and other support areas.
- Monitor workforce planning meetings and conduct 'Gemba' to monitor operational processes.
About the Team:
- We are looking for someone who is excited to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, enthusiastic about working in a production environment, and willing to flex their routine when necessary.
- Experience in supporting massive and operational client groups, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel at an intermediate level, is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of Generalist experience in Human Resources subsystems.
- Fluent Portuguese and advanced English skills.
