
HR Business Partner

We are seeking a talented and empathetic professional to join our team as an Employee Experience Ambassador. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the employee experience by cultivating trusted partnerships with leaders, managing complex employee matters, providing coaching on performance and talent development, and shaping organizational culture.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving business results by blending strategic insight with hands-on execution. You will work closely with operations teams and other support areas to create a best-in-class employee experience.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide targeted coaching and training to employees and leaders to enhance performance and talent development.
- Manage labor and employee relations issues to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Analyze critical HR metrics to inform business decisions and optimize employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead reporting and analysis of HR metrics and goals.
- Participate in daily meetings with operations teams and other support areas.
- Monitor workforce planning meetings to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Conduct Gemba walks to monitor operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor labor and employee relations trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Participate in Brazil PXT Operations team meetings to report metrics and indicators.
- Lead PXT and multidisciplinary projects to drive business results.
- Promote and model an inclusive environment through specific programs and local initiatives.
- Support employee inquiries and situations with discretion and experience.
- Train, develop, and support leadership through decision-making.
- Collaborate with various levels of the organization to drive employee experience and customer obsession.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of generalist experience in Human Resources.
- Experience supporting massive and operational client groups.
- Fluent Portuguese and advanced English skills.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work 100% on-site with flexibility in hours and days.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in HR for factory/manufacturing, transportation company, distribution center, or logistics.
- Masters and/or Post-Degree.
- Data Analytics.
- BI tools and knowledge.

What You'll Need:
- Completed Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years of Generalist experience in Human Resources subsystems.
- Experience in supporting massive and operational client groups (factories, warehouses, call centers, etc).
- Fluent Portuguese and advanced to fluent English;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an intermediate level (V-lookup and pivot tables);
- Must be willing to work 100% on-site, with flexibility in hours and days, especially during peak periods or promotions (Prime Day, Black Friday).
