We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding projects to success, working closely with your team to design, develop, and deploy software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide projects to success, working closely with your team to design, develop, and deploy software solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including scheduled sprint demos, to present your work to stakeholders.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, focusing on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Use your technical expertise to review your team's work and help your people excel in an agile environment.
  • Identify and address potential issues, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in front-end development using React and its core principles.
  • Experience using JavaScript or Typescript and a good working knowledge of debugging tools.
  • Experienced with MFE development.
  • Ability to write clean code passing Sonar quality gates.
  • Experience in writing test case coverage.
  • Good understanding of Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD processes.
  • Advanced English language skills.
