Office Management Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our office.

Your role will be to create and maintain a productive work environment, ensuring high levels of organization, communication, and safety.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing administrative teams or similar roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the point person for office management duties
  • Maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Organizing the office layout, ordering stationery and equipment, maintaining the office condition, and arranging necessary repairs
  • Partnering with HR to update and maintain office policies
  • Coordinating with IT on all office equipment, ensuring timely invoicing and payments
  • Managing contracts and price negotiations with vendors, service providers, and lease agreements
  • Providing general support to visitors and assisting in the onboarding process for new hires

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience in managing administrative teams or similar roles
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Hands-on experience with office machines
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High School degree; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
