We are looking for a dynamic leader to manage our delivery teams.

The selected candidate will operate out of one of our busy delivery stations, where they will be responsible for leading and developing a team of shift managers and their direct reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to plan schedules and activities that balance the needs of the team with those of the business, and a strong focus on achieving productivity targets while reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain health and safety standards within your area of responsibility.

  • Collect and update operational metrics on an hourly basis.
