Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership and management skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
