Job Title: Tax Compliance SpecialistTax Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the company's tax compliance and managing all aspects of taxation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage tax calculations under various regimes, including lucro real and lucro presumido,
  • Prepare and submit ancillary obligations, such as DCTFWeb, EFD-Contribuições, EFD-Reinf, ECF, DIRF, etc.,
  • Participate in improvement and automation projects in Protheus to ensure 100% management of tax routines through the system,
  • Provide support for audits, tenders, and inspections by regulatory authorities,
  • Control and manage certificates and other tax-related documentation,
  • Perform reconciliation of tax accounts, balance analysis, and tax provisions,
  • Understand accounting impacts to ensure proper validation of tax postings in the accounting system,
  • Support tax credit analysis and recovery, including exemptions and immunities specific to the healthcare sector.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration,
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, spreadsheets, pivot tables) are mandatory,
  • Strong experience with ERP systems, including full understanding of module integrations, setups, reporting, and related tools,
  • Solid knowledge of all tax routines,
  • Previous experience in Accounting is a plus,
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Taxation, Accounting, or Controllership is a differential.

This role requires a strong background in taxation and accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
