Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to lead our finance department, ensuring accuracy and integrity of our financial records. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective financial strategies that drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning: Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Account Reconciliation: Perform thorough account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our financial data.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and implement advanced financial models to forecast revenue and expenses, enabling informed investment decisions.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis and recommendations to management, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero.
